Wehope this message finds you well. It has come to our attention thatsome of you may need to reapply for your graduate certificate anddegree certificate due to various reasons. In this notice, we willprovide you with relevant information and procedures for reapplying.
Firstly,it is important to check if you are eligible to reapply. If you havelost or damaged your original certificate, or if you require a newcopy with updated information such as your name or degreeclassification, then you are eligible.
Secondly,to apply for a replacement certificate, you will need to fill out anapplication form which can be found on the Goldsmiths website. Youwill need to provide your full name, student ID number, date ofbirth, programme of study, year of graduation, and the reason for thereplacement. Along with your application form, you will also need toprovide a copy of your passport or other identification, as well asany relevant documentation that supports your need for a replacementcertificate.
Thirdly,there is a fee for reapplying for your certificate. For UK-basedstudents, the fee is ￡30for each certificate. For international students, the fee is ￡50for each certificate. The fees can be paid online via the Goldsmithswebsite or by cheque made out to Goldsmiths, University of London.
Finally,please note that it may take some time for your replacementcertificate to be issued. We ask for your patience as our team worksto process your application and produce your new certificate.
